Beau explores the spiritually drunk quality of making absolute statements that begin with 'I am'. He vents his frustration about people who do this as well as provides a solution for it moving forward.

Disclaimer, I’ve only listened to three minutes of one eoisode: this is based on western achievements not aspects of humanity. So western and materially cantered, I can’t continue to listen. I’m sure it’s great for others. Transformation has nothing to do with bank accounts or weight or being late, that is behaviour which is wonderful to address in a psychotherapeutic podcast. Bravo for having a podcast, it could branch out into a different category.
